What fascinated him most was the psychology of people.

Why could one person immediately capture a room? What made people trust someone they had just met? Why did certain words inspire action while others were quickly forgotten?

Those questions led Yuval to study psychology and human behavior. The stage became his first classroom, and every audience became an opportunity to understand how people think, connect, and respond.

During his service in the Israel Defense Forces, Yuval served as the “IDF’s Mind Reader,” bringing his skills and knowledge into a military setting. His experiences with soldiers and senior officers deepened his understanding of the role communication plays in leadership, confidence, motivation, trust, and performance.

Over time, his fascination with influencing people evolved into something bigger: a fascination with human potential.

Through years of working with executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, leadership teams, and organizations, Yuval brought together what he had learned from the stage, psychology, and real-world leadership.

That journey became the foundation of The Yuval Teren Method™, an approach that integrates psychology, public speaking, subconscious communication, and influential leadership.

At the heart of his work is a simple idea: communication is about far more than words.

Throughout his career, Yuval has delivered lectures, led workshops, consulted with executives, and trained professionals and organizations across a wide range of backgrounds and industries. Those experiences reinforced a belief that now sits at the center of his work:
